With over 15 years’ experience in broadcast journalism, Veronica understands how public narratives are shaped and how scrutiny operates when leaders are required to speak with clarity and judgement under pressure. She prepares senior leaders for moments where credibility, visibility and decision-making matter.
Alongside her work as a media coach, Veronica has founded and led a social enterprise, giving her first-hand experience of the pressures faced by social impact leaders – from board governance and funding, to public accountability and organisational visibility.
She also understands the day-to-day demands of workload, workflow and systems that sit behind leadership decisions.

She contributed to the UK’s first Ethical Media and Journalism course, created the AI-Powered Media Bias Checker, and serves on the committee of independent press regulator, Impress. She holds an MSc in Applied AI and Data Science and focuses on ethical AI use in media and storytelling.

Veronica is the creator, producer and co-presenter of Vibrant Vibes, Southampton’s leading black community radio show on Unity 101 Radio. The programme covers local news, views and events, with a focus on African, Caribbean and Black British communities.
